SmartFOOD delivers a whole working day of food every weekday morning. The areas, the windows and the conditions are below. The delivery fee is calculated at ordering, from the area and the period you choose.

Tallinn
In Tallinn a courier brings the food and delivery is free. At ordering you pick a one-hour slot between 7 and 11 in the morning. The courier waits at the door for up to three minutes, so do give the building, floor and door details, and the entrance code if there is one.
Around Tallinn
Just outside Tallinn the delivery arrives in a cool box: early in the morning, between 5 and 7, left at your door. You do not need to be there. The cool box is free and is collected at the next delivery.
Whether your address falls inside the area is decided at ordering, from the postcode.
Tartu, Pärnu and Kuressaare
Outside Tallinn a courier delivers within an agreed window: between 10.30 and 12.00 in Tartu and Pärnu, and between 12.00 and 13.00 in Kuressaare. Delivery is charged, and the exact amount is calculated at ordering from the period you choose.
Which days we deliver
Deliveries run on working days only. Weekends and SmartFOOD non-delivery days do not count and extend the order automatically – paid delivery days are never lost.
If you are not there
If the courier cannot hand the food over, the parcel goes back to the SmartFOOD kitchen and you can collect it the same day. Agree a time and address on the morning line, +372 5305 6060.
Can I change the address?
