1. General information
LinkPay is a payment platform that facilitates payments and is not the seller of the goods or services. The contract of sale is concluded between the customer and the merchant. The merchant’s details are shown when the order is placed.
2. Use of the Service
The customer uses the Service in accordance with the law and these Terms. Using the Service for fraud, submitting false information, infringing the rights of third parties, or disrupting the system is prohibited.
3. Order confirmation
The customer is obliged to check the order details before making payment. An order is deemed placed once payment has been made successfully. The merchant sends confirmation to the contact details provided by the customer.
4. Prices and payments
All prices are in euros and include taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is made securely via LinkPay. The merchant does not process or store the customer’s bank card details.
5. Delivery terms
Delivery methods, delivery times and costs are set out on the merchant’s website. The merchant is not liable for delays arising from an incorrect address provided by the customer or from the actions of third parties.
6. Returns and right of withdrawal
The customer has the right to withdraw from the transaction in accordance with the applicable consumer protection rules, except in exceptional cases (e.g. perishable products, opened products or products made to order). The exact returns procedure is described on the merchant’s website. Refunds are made to the same payment method unless the law provides otherwise.
7. Liability
The merchant is liable for the quality of the goods or services sold to the extent provided by law. The merchant is not liable for misuse of the Service, for the customer’s own errors, or for technical faults in LinkPay.
8. Data protection
The merchant processes personal data in accordance with its privacy policy. LinkPay processes payment data solely in order to carry out payments and to meet security requirements. The customer confirms that the details provided are correct and up to date.
9. Changes to the Terms
The merchant has the right to update the Terms. The Terms in force are displayed on the LinkPay payment page at the moment the order is placed. Changes do not apply retroactively to orders already placed.
10. Resolution of disputes
Disputes are resolved first through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is resolved in accordance with the laws and courts of the merchant’s country of establishment. Consumers also have the right to contact the consumer protection authority. All questions about an order or products should be directed to the merchant’s customer support on the website https://smartfood.ee. LinkPay does not handle complaints or refund requests.
